The reality has been sorted out and there are still cases where people have resorted to work out of necessity, so the person was between two options: to avoid working with what he thinks is contrary to the law, and in this case he will be exposed to many damages, or be deprived of great benefits, or to work with him out of necessity to avoid harm or For good.

Some people worked leaning on the necessity to justify their actions, while others held their positions motivated by the prohibition or what they thought were forbidden by law, and the problem is not in some disputed issues in which the harm does not go beyond the framework of the individual, but rather that the harm extends to others as individuals or groups, and may be inflicted Damage to society.

The question that imposes itself is: Is necessity justified forbidden analysis, or leave the duties? Pursuant to a rule: necessities allow prohibitions, and is counting necessities a right guaranteed to every Muslim or is it a right specific to the people of Fatwa? And if the matter is concerned with the people of the fatwa, is it correct to overlook reality and what it imposes strongly? This research attempts to shed light on the relationship between necessity and reality in this research marked necessity and the requirements of reality and their impact on Islamic political thought.
