The research aims to raise the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers, where the researcher felt a problem in the performance of Riyadh teachers through continuous visits to kindergarten teachers as well as through their participation in the training of kindergarten teachers within the annual program, which is the Department of Preparation and Training of the Directorate General of Education Dhi Qar The research sample consisted of (40) teachers who obtained the lowest grade in the professional competence scale prepared by the researcher.

The sample was randomly selected from (23) kindergartens in kindergartens.

City of Allen The sample was divided into two experimental and control groups by (20) parameters for each group.

The members of the experimental sample were subjected to the proposed training program while the control group was not subjected to any program.

The researcher concluded that the proposed program had an impact on the experimental group members.

Results There were no significant differences in the post - test scores for the experimental group, while no significant differences were found in the post - test scores for the control group.
