ينظر هذا المقال في سيرة عمر بن الخطاب وعلاقتها بسيرتي أبي بكر و علي بن أبي طالب لتبين العلاقة بين هذه السير الثلاث و تبين دور المعارك الطائفية بين السنة و الشيعة في كتابتها.
و الغرض من ذلك تجاوز الصور المألوفة التي قدمتها المصادر الإسلامية لعمر وأبي بكر و علي، و كشف العوامل الكامنة وراء بناء تلك الصور.
Abstract EN
This article is about the biography of Omar bin al-Khattab and its relationship with the biography of Abu Bakr and Ali bin Abi Talib, to show the relationship between these three biographies and the role of sectarian battles between Sunnis and Shiites in their writing.
The purpose of this is to go beyond the familiar images presented by Islamic sources of Umar, Abu Bakr and Ali, and to reveal the factors behind the construction of those images.
