Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of creative teaching strategies in developing teachers’ skills from their point of view in Irbid Governorate, and it also aimed to identify possible proposals for developing creative teaching strategies in developing teachers’ skills.

To identify the possible proposals for developing creative teaching strategies in developing the skills of teachers in educational institutions, and the study community consisted of teachers of public schools in the Kasbah of Irbid, who numbered (4818) for the academic year 2021 / 2022, and thirty (30) interviews were conducted with the sample of the study.

The results showed that the most prominent proposals for developing creative teaching strategies in developing teachers’ skills in educational institutions, the proposal that referred to “rehabilitation and continuous training, and holding workshops and meetings to see everything new in the field of creative teaching strategies.”, came with the highest frequency.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of emphasizing the importance of organizing training meetings for teachers on the use of creative teaching strategies, which should not be satisfied with theorizing only, but also work on training in the practical field.
