"The Erect of the Flag " is a book by the updated Imam Sheikh Jamal al-Din al-Zayla’i, in which the Hadiths were mentioned in the book of guidance were published by Al- Marghinani in Hanafi jurisprudence, and as usual, many jurisprudence writers in general tolerate the inclusion of weak, reprehensible and even fabricated hadiths, some of which are intentionally and others are unintentionally.

A group of Hadiths that were mentioned in the book of guidance by Al-Marghinani, are said to have no basis, so the research required collecting these Hadiths included in "The Erect of the Flag ", and extracting them from the available books of Sunnah , and the statements of the critics’ sayings about them, and judging them, and often the researcher is satisfied with Critics sayings on them.

The research concludes with the most important results that it achieved.

"The Erect of the Flag " was a Hadith verification book, rather it is one of the best and most useful Hadith documentation books, so the preservation took care of it, summarizing and commenting on it.
