This research attempted to explain the expression of the command pattem among the fundamentalists, and the meaning of language and the legal verdicts.

Fundamentalists have disagreed on these issues, some of them who disputed the existence of the same command pattem, and some of them proved it and the public fundamentalist as well.

The fundamentalists considered the linguistic meanings indicated by this pattern, some of them limited it to only two concerned, and some expanded until it reached to over thirty meanings.

As for the significance of the matter, the fundamentalists also disagreed.

Some of them limited this indication to the rule of duty only, and some of them limited or accepted it and some of them make it common between these mandatory provisions, and some of them chose to stop in this indication until the context responds to Meaning expressed.

All of these issues were discussed and recorded in the research plan consisting of an introduction, two papers, and a conclusion.
