تضمن النصوص القانونية و البنى المؤسساتية الاستغلال الأمثل لأملاك البلديات في الجزائر، بما يمكنها من أن تكون موردا هاما لميزانية التسيير، في الواقع نلاحظ سوء تسييرها و نقص مداخيلها، مما يفرض : ترشيد استغلالها، تثمينها، تحيين أسعارها، القيام بعمليات الجرد الدقيق و الشامل لها، عصرنة تسييرها بتوظيف التكنولوجيات الحديثة، العمل بكل صرامة و شفافية في تحصيل عائدات و ديون أملاك البلديات.

The contribution of municipal property revenues in Algeria to the income of its budget for the operation Abstract: The legal texts and institutional structures ensure the optimal utilization of municipal property in Algeria, enabling it to be an important resource for the operation budget, and in fact we note its poor management and lack of income, which requires: Rationalizing their exploitation, their value, saving their prices, conducting accurate and comprehensive inventory, their age of operation by employing modern technologies, strictly and transparently working to collect municipal property revenues and debts.

Les textes juridiques et les structures institutionnelles assurent l’utilisation optimale du patrimoine communal en Algérie, lui permettant d’être une ressource importante pour le budget de fonctionnement, et en fait nous remarquons sa mauvaise gestion et son manque de revenus, ce qui nécessite : La rationalisation de leur exploitation par la valorisation et l’ajustement de ses prix, l’exécution d’inventaires précis et complets de ces patrimoines, la modernisation de sa gestion en utilisant des technologies modernes, en travaillant avec rigueur et transparence dans la perception des recettes et des dettes du patrimoine communal.
