this scientific effort comes to study the concept of empowerment from two scientific approaches, psychological and sociological, and through the scientific frame work that founded this concept in terms of its types, its historical development process, its presence at the international economy level as a real tool adopted by international organizations to increase productivity and efficiency, its origins and multiple dimensions, then its presence at the level of Islamic religion discourse, and in some comparative experiences.
