The agricultural sector is in urgent need of self-financing and external financing, the agricultural investor turns to external financing in many cases because self-financing is not enough to pay for his activities, because it depends on private funds, while external financing depends on bank loans and cooperative financing, and we find that the legislator has stipulated funds in articles 84, 85, and 86 of act no 16 / 8 of august 3, 2008, which includes agricultural guidance, and article 85 confirmed that agricultural financing consists of financial support for the status, mutual support and bank loan, agricultural financing is the use of funds to develop agriculture and improve farmers' living.

the importance of agricultural financing appears in the economic field because it is what helps the investor to strengthen his financial capacity.
