Abstract EN

This research, adopting the descriptive analytical approach, aimed at addressing the question of whether Arabic rhetoric has one or two types: one type which takes the requirement of the state of being into consideration and the other which overcomes the state of being, and to explain which of these two types of rhetoric is the higher in ranking.

To achieve this aim, the researcher used procedural tools to review the theoretical previous literature, by reviewing them in some cases and by revising them in other cases, and to present and analyze the Quranic and literary texts in order to explore their rhetorical secrets and aesthetic features drawn from their displacement from the orthodox ways of expression and deviation from the standard systematicity.

The research concluded with proven results at the end of the research, as well as a number of recommendations along with the sources and references.
