Abstract EN

The study aimed at knowing the creative thinking of faculty of law students Alneelain university , and its relation with some demographic variables ( gender, age, grade level) ,to achieve this objective, the researcher used co relational descriptive , the sample of study reached (50) male and female students from faculty of law in Alneelain university (25) for each gender, the creative thinking scale prepared by saiyed khirallah was applied ,it was modified by the researcher, the data was analyzed by statistical package of social sciences (spss) ,the study revealed the following results : the creative thinking of faculty of law students Alneelain university characterize by highness, there are statistical differences indication in creative thinking dute to gender , there are no statistical differences indications dute to age , there are no statistical differences indication dute to level ,the researcher concluded the study with some suggestions and recommendations ,the most important are attract the attention of the decision – makers and the who are considered increase the consider the development of thinking skills in general and creative thinking in particular via independent progrmmes from curricula implying these curricula with experiences and activities that help students to improve their creative behavior and thinking skills.
