Environment and Democracy are two sides of the same coin.

The Preservation of the environment is connected in parallel with the Electoral political Practice as a national act.

Bahraini legislation guarantees the enjoyment of the right to political participation in addition to the right to a safe clean and healthy environment as they are two constitutional rights that revolve in one orbit and therefore require their protection and guarantee so that one does not violate upon the other within the scope of application.

However, the practical reality, admits the difficulty of making balance between them, which makes it often sacrifice the environment as the weakest party.

Therefore, it requires us to research the necessity of protecting the aesthetic view of the environment during the constitutional elections.
