The contribution to the company’s capital is one of the special objectives, which the company does not do, and this contribution is done by providing shares from the partners that represent their contribution to the company, and justify their obtaining a share of its profits and carry part of its losses, and this share may be cash or real estate and patents and what is almost, so the company consists of cash and other in-kind shares, and therefore this research aims to know how to assess in-kind shares and know what methods and standards to assess in-kind shares, and the search for who are responsible for evaluating in-kind shares.

through research in the regulations, we have come to know these methods and mechanisms in which the in -kind shares are evaluated in joint stock companies in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the criteria imposed by the system of accredited residents when evaluating the in-kind shares in the joint stock companies, and the role of joint stock companies in the process of evaluating and estimating in-kind shares.
