The study aimed to the evaluation of training to improve the performance from the viewpoint of the assistant medical staff in Ibin Sina Teaching Hospital in Sirte. The study problem focused on the following main question: What is the level of training in Ibin Sina Teaching Hospital in Sirte from the viewpoint of the assistant medical staff? The study relied on the descriptive approach to achieve its objectives, using a questionnaire form, prepared as a tool to collect the study data, distributed to the intentional sample (200) recovered (174) all of them are valid for the study, representing (23.26%) from (748) assistant medical staff, and analyzed the data of the study and test hypotheses, through the implementation of the programs of (SPSS and Minitab) The most important results of the study: 1. Feeling of staff (study sample) decrease of training level in Ibin Sina Teaching Hospital in Sirte, through the difference dimensions (type and the period of training ) 2. There is statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.05) between the type of training and the performance improvement of assistant medical staff. 3. There is statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.05) between the period of training and the performance improvement of assistant medical staff.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مستوى التدريب في تحسين الأداء المهني لدى العناصر الطبية المساعدة بمستشفى ابن سيناء التعليمي يمدينه سرت، وتمحورت مشكلة الدراسة حول السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما مستوى التدريب بمستشفى ابن سيناء التعليمي بمدينة سرت من وجهة نظر العناصر الطبية المساعدة؟ واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق الأهداف، مستخدما استمارة استبيان أعدت كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة وزعت 200 استمارة بالطريقة العمدية على عينة الدراسة، استرد منها (174) مفردة وتمثل ما نسبته (23.26%) من حجم المجتمع الأصلي البالغ (748) عنصر طبي مساعد، وتم تحليل بيانات الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها، من خلال تطبيق برامج (SPSS and Minitab).
وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: 1- أظهرت نتائج التحليل الوصفي لفقرات الاستبانة، شعور الأفراد (عينة الدراسة) بتدني مستوى التدريب بمستشفى ابن سيناء التعليمي (محل الدراسة (من خلال أبعادها المختلفة) فترة التدريب ونوع التدريب.
2- وجود علاقه ارتباط معنويه وهي طردية وقويه بين (فيرة التدريب) وتحسين مستوى الأداء المهني للعاملين، حيث بلغت قيمية معامل الارتباط سيبرمان (0.84) وهي ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) 3- وجود علاقه تأثير قوية بين) فترة التدريب (وتحسين مستوى الأداء المهني للعاملين 4- وجود علاقه ارتباط معنوية طردية وقوية بين نجوع التدريب وتحسين مستوى الأداء المهني للعاملين، حيث بلغت قيمية معاملي الارتباط سيبرمان (0.81) ، وهي ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) 5- وجود علاقه تأثير قوية بين (نوع التدريب) وتحسين مستوى الأداء المهني للعاملين.
