عرفت الجزائـر منذ الثمانينات إصلاحات على مختلـف المستويات، خاصة على المستوى الاقتصادي كرد فعل للتغيرات الجديدة، بسبب نقص عوائد الدولة من جراء سقوط أسعار النفط في الأسواق وهذا من أجل غرض وضع حلول للمشاكل التي كانت تتخبط فيها المؤسسة الاقتصادية والمتمثلة في: انتشار سلوكات سيئـة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية من طرف المسؤولين والعمال وهذا يعود إلى فقدان روح المسؤولية وفقدان حرية القرار.
بروز نزاعات عديدة كانت تعرقل الإنتاج وتدهور المرد ودية.
تهدف هذه المقالة إلى التعرف على أهم مراحل التسيير التي مرت بها المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية في ظل الإصلاحات، ومعرفـة ما إذا تمت محاولة جدية من طرف المسؤولين تتمثل في إعادة النظر في تنظيم المؤسسة، من أجل تحقيق إنتاج مقبول من حيث المستوى، واندماج العامل في محيط عمله والتحكم في عملية التسويق.
وبغية الإحاطة بالموضوع تطرق الباحث إلى مفهوم المؤسسة وأنواعها، تطور مفهوم المؤسسة عند بعض الرواد وكذا مراحل التسيير التي مرت بها المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية في ظل الإصلاحات.
Abstract EN
Since the eighties, Algeria know a multiple innovation on different level’s, especially on economics’, level, in response to new change represented by the failing of oil price in world market in one hand’s, and in author hand’s find solutions to economics’ problems of Algerian institutions ; such as negative behavior of humaines resources prevalence in environments worker, loss of responsibility, conflicts push to résiste production and productivity.
this paper aims to know the stages management of Algerian institutions about organization reforms, to increase productivity, and combine workers in his environments working and control the process of marketing opération to understand the subject, our paper consists of definitions and types of institutions, developed definitions at innovators, management stage’s of Algerian institutions.
