The scientists' view of the educational process has developed when they made sure that it was not disrupted under harsh or inhibitory conditions such as ; distances, conditions of helplessness, oppression, epidemics, etc.

they thought of harnessing technological tools that secure communication between teacher and learner.

based on this reality, we can pose the following problem : what is distance education ? what is the purpose of using technology in the field of distance education ? have Algeria's universities worked on it ? to what extent has this education achieved its pedagogical objectives in our universities ? this study seeks to know the objectives achieved by distance education, evaluate its negatives, and make the learner in line with the requirements, in order to improve the educational process and provide the learner with new experiences.
