This paper attempts to shed light on the importance of mathematical thinking in the study of language, starting from the focus on what is mathematical thinking, which is one of the most important types of scientific thinking and even a model of human thought at the highest levels, in the sense that it has the ability to give accuracy and certainty to various sciences and arts.

it became necessary for those seeking a certainty to use mathematics and mathematical thinking, whether it was specialized in experimental sciences such as physics, chemistry and astronomy, or in the formal mental sciences such as logic or in humanities such as history, psychology, economics and geography.

in linguistics, for example, we find that the formulation of linguistic concepts in a mathematical form has played a very important role in what has come to be called language computing.
