We aim through in this paper, we present an analytical to provide study of the most important factors that contributed to the emergence of Arabic rhetoric according to the Tunisian researcher Hamadi Samud, who is considered the most important Arab rhetorical researcher in the modern era.

it should be noted that through this study we will be able to go through five sections that represent the most important fields that had a direct impact on the genesis of Arabic rhetoric: poetry, the Qur'an, the Arabic language's reincarnation, the need for education and leaming, as well as foreign influences to be the result of study.
