من الحكمة في سياق التنافس، الموعولم و المعولم بين الترابات، و في أفق تنافسية ترابية، الاصرار على مستقبل الترابات التراثية القصور و القصبات التي تصبح سؤالً استراتيجيا في أي جهد للتعبئة العملية.
و بالتالي، فإن الابتكار الترابي في ارتباطه بتثمين التراث يسير جنبا إلى جنب مع الرغبة في مواجهة التحديات التي إن استجواب الفاعلين في التراث و في التراب حول .Action patrimonialisante تثار في أي فعل استتراثي المقاربات الجديدة التي يجب اعتمادها لتحقيق هذا الهدف يجب أن يضمن اعطاء القيمة الضرورية والكافية للموارد التراثية في أفق ديناميية ترابية جديدة.
و من هنا، يمكن أن تكون الأهمية الممنوحة من قبل الفاعلين للتراثرمزية أو ربحية.
ومن خلال تحديد أنماط فعلهم وكذلك أساليب اهتماماتهم، يمكن وضع استراتيجيات للابتكار تأخذ بعين الاعتبار واقع التفاعل و التكامل بين الزوج )تراث/تراب(.
Abstract EN
It would be judicious in a context of increased, globalized and globalizing, competition between the territories, and with a view to a territorial competitiveness, to insist on the future of the patrimonial territories (ksars and kasbas), which, becomes a strategic question in all operational mobilization effort.
Thus, territorial innovation with regard to heritage enhancement goes hand in hand with the desire to face the challenges raised in any heritage action.
Questioning heritage and territory stakeholders about the new approaches to adopt for such an objective should ensure the necessary and sufficient development of heritage resources in the perspective of a new territorial dynamic.
From there, the interest granted by the actors in the heritage can be symbolic or lucrative.
Accordingly, it is from the identification of their modes of action and their interests that innovation strategies around the heritage and territory couple could be implemented

Il serait judicieux dans un contexte de concurrence, mondialisée et mondialisante, accrue entre les territoires, et en vue d’une compétitivité territoriale, d’insister sur le devenir des territoires patrimoniaux (ksars et kasbas), qui, devient une question stratégique dans tout effort de mobilisation opérationnelle.
Ainsi, l’innovation territoriale au regard de la valorisation patrimoniale va de pair avec la volonté d’affronter les enjeux soulevés dans toute action patrimonialisante.
Interroger les acteurs du patrimoine et du territoire quant aux nouvelles approches à adopter pour un tel objectif devrait assurer la valorisation nécessaire, et suffisante, des ressources patrimoniales dans la perspective d’une nouvelle dynamique territoriale.
De là, l’intérêt accordé par les acteurs au patrimoine peut être symbolique ou lucratif.
Et c’est à partir de l’identification de leurs modes d’action et de leurs intérêts que des stratégies d’innovation autour du couple patrimoine et territoire pourraient être mises en place.
