Solar panels are important as a means of converting light energy into electrical energy.
These photovoltaic panels increasingly used in various large and small PV systems alike.
The performance of solar cells affected by the shading effect of trees, clouds, nearby buildings, etc.
Some solutions have emerged as the diode into the structure of the solar panel (bypass diode), the half-cut cell, the micro inverter and others.
This paper is an attempt to conduct a scientific study using computer simulations to know the effect of partial shading on voltage -current curves, the resulting electrical power and the efficiency of the solar panels.
