هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم تأثير عسل النحل المنتج في الجبل الأخضر المتمثل في عسل الشبرو siligua Ceratonia وعسل الزعتر capitatus Thymusوكذلك تأثير إضافة بعض الزيوت الطيارة المستخلصة بطريقة التقطير لرحيق بعض النباتات كزيت الزعتر وزيت نبات العرعر بالمقارنة مع مطهر البيتادين على البكتريا .aureus Staphylococcus حيث تم عزل البكتريا وتعريفها وأجريت عليها دراسة معملية تمثلت في إجراء تجربة قياس قطر المنطقة الخالية من النمو حول قرص مشبع بالعسل بالمقارنة مع أقراص صناعية تم تصنيعها من قبل شركات عالمية محملة كمضادات حيوية فعالة تجاه هذه البكتيريا وفي نهاية هذه الدراسة تبين ان إضافة الزيوت الطيارة قد زادت من كفاءة العسل في التثبيط.
Abstract EN
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of honey produced in Jabal Al-Akhdar represented by Al-Shabro and Thyme honey, and some volatile oils extracted by distillation method of nectar plants such as thyme oil and juniper oil compared with betadine disinfectant on bacteria Staphylococcus aureus.
The bacteria was isolated and identified and laboratory studies were conducted to measuring the diameter of the growth-free area around a disc immersed with honey compared with industrial discus manufactured by international companies loaded as antibiotics effective against these bacteria.
The results showed that the addition of volatile oils increased the efficiency of honey in bacterial inhibition.
