Abstract EN

Due to the surface-covering and ingredient consuming nature of flexible pavement, which extends to hundreds of kilometers if not thousands, the production process of flexible pavement mixes necessitates prudent usage of available and recyclable materials, using constituting disposal is one approach to this issue.

Conventional mineral filler has been replaced by two substitutes; construction waste CW, and steel slag SS, and Marshall test was used in determining the stability and flow of the resulting mixes.

The used new fillers offer good economic and environmental effects compared to the conventional filler.
