Abstract EN

This study approaches the theme of death in Qatari Ibn al-fujaah’s poetry to follow its themes, images and aesthetic and rhythmic forms.

this effort is based on the hypothesis that the death, thinking about it and observing it interfere in the formation of the poetry and affect its structure, image and rhythms because the sample studied was created in the environment which synchronizes the death and its reasons.

the poet is a military leader spent his life in the wars.

this study attempts to discover this effect through studying his vocabulary, images and rythme in order to find tension related to the feeling of death.
