Development of disciplinary sanctions came increasingly with the rapid development of the philosophy of criminal law, which no longer views the criminal as a corrupt member to be amputated, but is now seen as a patient who must be treated and returned to society as a good citizen.

In light of this perception and development, most trends and opinions came with definitions of disciplinary punishment that are consistent with this development, some of whom saw it as an individual measure taken by the head of the disciplinary authority in order to ensure the adultery of the violation where the punishment here varies according to the reasons leading to it.
