In this study, we aim to know the extent to which the physical environment of sports activity contributes to the mental health of people with special needs in shaping an aspect of the personality of this category, including the motor and functional domain and the material and physical aspects of the school environment in terms of building, equipment, engineering design and educational tools.

The category of people with special needs suffers from a low level of mental health, which may be due to the nature of the school environment and surrounding requirements for this category.

Among these educational situations are the educational sports activity for people with special needs and the appropriateness of the educational physical environment for this activity.

This analytical study of this topic found the relationship between the school environment, the mental health of people with special needs, and sports activity, meaning that whenever the physical environment of the school is appropriate and stimulating to the practice of educational sports activity, this would lead to an improvement in the mental health of this group.
