The Arab Investment Guarantee Corporation, and to achieve this, the Corporation has taken out the investment guarantee contract into existence, whereby it undertakes to compensate the secured investor for the non-commercial risks that may affect his investment project.

The holding of the Arab security important legal means to address the non-commercial risks facing the Arab investor, represented in political risks: the nationalization, confiscation, seizure, guarding the postponement of debt, in addition to the dangers of currency restrictions, wars, internal sedition.
