حقوق المؤلف أصول حقيقية ذات أبعاد استثمارية تسعى الدول إلى إيجاد لضمانها لها، و حق المؤلف رصدت له ضمانة إضافية بالقرار 1082 المتعلق بالوقاية من السرقة العلمية و مكافحتها، حيث تتقاطع الأهداف بين القرار رقم 1082 و الأمر 03_05 المتعلق بحقوق المؤلف و الحقوق المجاورة، بما يضمن تعزيز الحماية لحقوق المؤلف، و ذاك مجال هذه الدراسة حيث خلصت إلى نتيجة أساسية هي ارتباط و تكامل القرار 1082 بالأمر 03_05، بما يحقق حماية حقوق المؤلف كما يمكن أن تتابع السرقة العلمية أمام القضاء الجزائري على أساس جنحة التقليد

Author's rights are real assets that countries seek to guarantee, and Author rights has been granted an additional guarantee by Resolution 1082 related to preventing and combating scientific plagiarism, where Resolution No.
1082 and Order 03_05 relating to Author rights and related rights intersect, in a way that guarantees enhanced and Author rights protection, and that.
The scope of this study, where I reached the main conclusion, which is the link and complementarity between Resolution 1082 and Order 03_05, in order to achieve Author rights protection.
It can also prosecute scientific plagiarism before the Algerian judiciary on the grounds of misdemeanor imitation.
