In this study, the researcher dealt with several procedures that must be taken to complete the merger process, and these procedures are represented by preparing the preparatory stage for the merger, in addition to some procedures of this process, then the process of final completion of the merger through researching official approval and then the stage of the announcement of the merger.

this study was divided for two chapters, the first chapter dealt with the subject of preparation of the merger stage and its procedures, and the second chapter was devoted to the final completion stage of the merger process.

finally, this study concluded with a set of results and recommendations.
