The world has witnessed a fast and considerable development in the early third millennium.

This development has led to a technological and digital revolution.

Due to the appearance of the means of communication and different social media that facilitate the obtaining and spread of information among people, many negative cultural phenomena have spread most importantly cultural schizophrenia in which culture loses its identity and values.

In light of the instability of values that the contemporary community is witnessing, in addition to the low standards and behavior, as well as the increase of the homesickness feeling and the differences of awareness of digital culture and freedom of the use of websites, it became a must that the national developing companies interfere to create a safer electronic environment through raising the citizens (students) awareness of programs and lessons about the digital education.

These programs aim to dedicate the values of citizenship that help citizens being away from the wrong beliefs that are overspread on the digital media.

In light of all what precedes, the problematic of this intervention is determined so as to answer the main question: To what extent are students aware of digital citizenship? Why does it have to be achieved in the generations?
