The interview skill is one of the most important types of direct oral communication, because it depends on the conversation about many information and answering questions that cannot be obtained through other steps in the selection process because it mostly occurs face to face.

Therefore, verbal and nonverbal communication skills must be taken into account in order not to distort the meaning.

It is intended and contributed to a successful interview in terms of providing extensive and deep information about the subject to be studied.

The interview is also not fruitful unless it is carefully prepared.
