Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the relation between cyberbullying and social withdrawal among female secondary stage students at Makkah City, and to identify the most common aspects of cyberbullying and social withdrawal among female secondary stage students at Makkah City.

And to detect the statistically significant differences in the average levels of cyberbullying and social withdrawal according to school grade variable.

The study sample consisted of female secondary stage student (1222) students, and the approach applied was the Descriptive Correlational approach.

Cyberbullying scale by Ashour (2016) and social withdrawal scale by Gharyan (2011) were used.

Results of study have shown that: there is a positive correlation between cyberbullying and social withdrawal among female secondary stage students, the level of cyberbullying among female secondary stage students was low with total mean average of (1.223), the level of social withdrawal among female secondary stage students was low with total mean average of (1.84).
