The study aims to identify the fact of lingual enrichment program applied in program and deaf institutes from perspective of teachers of hearing disability in Qassim Region.

To meet these objectives, the researcher used survey and descriptive methodology by a questionnaire as a tool for collecting the necessary data in the study.

Meanwhile the society of study is composed of teachers of hearing disability in Qassim whose number are 85 teacher.

The most important results of study are: samples confirm that the lingual enrichment program is usually applied in program and deaf institutes from perspective of teachers of hearing disability in Qassim Region.

While results show that sample think that there obstacles facing applying the lingual enrichment program is usually applied in program and deaf institutes from perspective of teachers of hearing disability in Qassim Region.

In addition, there are many challenges facing students with hearing disabilities to be in the first rank with usually degree, which is followed by challenges facing teachers of hearing disability to be in sometimes degree.

However, the nature and content of program is on the last rank with sometimes degree.

Results show that there are no differences based on variation of sex, academic qualifications, training courses in private education and hearing disability.

While results reveal that there is differences based on factor of experience years to be for (11 years and more).

In the light of the study, it recommends that (employing a sign language interpreter at schools and institutes of students with hearing disability, activating family role in increasing language credit for the program
