Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the extent of applying the following dimensions of learning organization in the governmental secondary schools for the girls in Riyadh city, also standing on the most important barriers for applying the dimensions of learning organization in Riyadh city from the leaders and agents point of view.

The Researcher used the descriptive method.

The study was applied on the managers and agents of the secondary governmental schools (Girls) in Riyadh city.

The number of responses were(260).

It was used the statistical ways by the statistical analysis program (SPSS).
