The study aimed to prepare a suggested guide to help students of the Technological Development Division at the Workers' University in using their smartphones, in order to develop their self-learning skills to activate hybrid learning after the outbreak of the Corona virus, To measure the effectiveness of hybrid learning with the help of smart, the researcher used an experimental design with two groups (experimental - control), and she also used the (pre- and post) application for a note card for mathematics self-learning skills, The sample consisted of 410 male and female students who were randomly selected, The study reached that: The average scores of the experimental group students in the post-application are higher than their average scores in the pre-application, and The experimental group is better than the control group in the post application of the same card.
