The research purpose is to measure the effect of strategic leadership on sustainable development to human resource management in Iron and Steel companies in Egypt.
From the analysis that the Iron and Steel Egyptian company reveal some shortages and neglecting the sustainable development for human resource and strategic leadership.
The research has two main hypotheses rejected and accept the alternatives.
