The current article aims to monitor the perceptions of school education managers regarding the ownership and dissemination of the institutional evaluation culture, as well as revealing the extent of application of its standards and indicators within educational institutions.

to achieve this bet, a quantitative methodology was based on the use of the questionnaire tool and based on a descriptive and analytical approach to understand how the actors' lived experiences are shaped and the meaning they impart to their practices in order to devise ways to develop a culture of evaluative practice for institutions in a way that can ensure continuous improvement of institutional and educational performance.

the results of this research work indicated the necessity of preparing a guide that organizes the evaluation process and programming continuous, regular and intensive practical training and workshops to develop the adequacy of institutional evaluation in administrative frameworks, in addition to encouraging competition among institutions and crowning the best performance within the administrators of linking the principle of responsibility with accountability.
