تعتبر المدرسة المؤسسة الاجتماعية الثانية في الأهمية بعد الأسرة من حيث مكانتها في التأثير على الطفل ورعايته، وصقل شخصيته، وتنمية مهاراته ومواهبه وقدراته، وتزويده بالمعرفة.
ومن هنا تبرز أهمية الوسط المدرسي، الذي يجعل المؤسسة التعليمية تساعد في تحقيق الأهداف المجتمعية، إذا كان هذا الوسط بيئة سليمة تضمن أمن الأشخاص والممتلكات، أو، على عكس ذلك، من شأنه أن يعرقل السير السليم للمؤسسة التعليمية إذا كان يتسم بالعنف وعدم الاحترام.
ولتناول هذا الموضوع سنعتمد على دراسة مستندة على تحليل وثائقي يجعل من الممكن الحصول على المرتكزات الأساسية للموضوع من جانب علمي وموضوعي، وذلك من خلال فحص العديد من الوثائق الرسمية التي أصدرتها وزارة التربية الوطنية في موضوع المناهضة والوقاية من العنف بالوسط المدرسي.
Abstract EN
School is the second most important social institution after the family, for its role of influencing and caring for children, refining their character, developing their skills, talents and abilities, and providing them with knowledge.
hence the importance of the school environment, which makes the educational institution conducive to the achievement of societal objectives, if this environment is a healthy environment to ensure the safety of people and property or, conversely, he was violent and disrespectful, would impede the good management of the school.
to study this problem, we will rely on a study based on a documentary analysis to obtain the main pillars of the subject from a scientific and objective point of view, by examining a set of official documents published by the Ministry of Education of Morocco in the prevention and fight against violence in schools.
Abstract FRE
L'école est considérée comme deuxième institution sociale importante après la famille, vu son rôle consistant à influencer et à prendre soin de l'enfant, à affiner son caractère, à développer ses compétences, ses talents et ses aptitudes et à lui fournir des connaissances.
D'où l'importance du milieu scolaire, qui rend l'établissement scolaire propice à la réalisation d'objectifs sociétaux, si ce milieu est un environnement sain et assure la sécurité des personnes et des biens ou, au contraire, s'il était violent et irrespectueux, entraverait le bon fonctionnement de l'établissement scolaire.
Pour étudier cette problématique, nous nous appuierons sur une étude basée sur une analyse documentaire permettant d’obtenir les principaux piliers du sujet, d’un point de vue scientifique et objectif, en examinant un ensemble des documents officiels publiés par le Ministère de l’éducation nationale en matière de prévention et lutte contre la violence en milieu scolaire.
