The theory of emergency conditions has a direct effect on the work contract, and if the work contract is a binding contract, whereby the wage earner performs the work entrusted to him, in exchange for a wage according to what was contracted to as permitted by the labor laws, then under the emergency circumstances it has become a realistic condition in light of this equation controlling this contract without being bound by the will of the parties.
