Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the impact of Prophetic Hadeeth scholars disagreement on Islamic Jurist's' opinions as evidenced Dead Animal Skin Hadeeth.

The study is organized into an introduction and two sections covering Hadeeth and Islamic Jurisprudence.

The first section dealt with Abdullah bin Okaim's Hadeeth on Dead Animal Skin and is further subdivided into four subsections.

The first subsection looks at Hadith verification and acceptance, while the second one focuses on Hadith chain of narrators.

Subsection three focuses on disagreement and weighting likelihood.

Subsection four is about ruling on Hadith.

The second section, comprising three parts deals with Hadith disagreement impact on jurisprudence scholars' opinions with particular reference to Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal and the other four Islamic Schools of Jurisprudence.

First part is on abrogated Hadith opinion disagreement.

The second part tackles Hadith acceptance discordance and the third part discusses Hadith understanding disagreement.

The study concluded that Abdullah bin Okaim's Hadith was conflicting and in contrast with that of Maimona may Allah be pleased with her in the two Authentic Hadith Books.
