This study aims at identifying spiritual atheism aspects and manifestations, providing necessary forewarnings.

The deductive analytical approach is followed in addressing and criticizing spiritual atheism dimensions and manifestations.

The study is organized into an introduction, two sections and a conclusion listing key findings.

The first section deals with the concepts of atheism and spiritualism.

Section two discusses the issue of spiritual atheism.

The study revealed that there was a dire need among Muslim scholars and researchers to study, research and criticize such doctrines and though schools as spiritualism atheism.

Spirituality as a philosophical creed and concept, as shown in the study, was common and widespread in distorted Divine religions, secular currents and calls.

The study also concluded that Islam calls for moderate spirituality, one that is real based on human basic needs, and that spiritualism is an obviously dissenting doctrine upon first contemplation by every true Muslim to respond accordingly.
