Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to elucidate Imam Al-Bazdawi's perspective of the issue of cause specifying his book 'Kanz Al-Wusoul fi Ma'rifat Al-Usool' (Treasure of Access to Knowledge of Fundamentals) and the consequent jurisprudential impact.

The study comprises an introduction, three sections and a conclusion.

The first section introduces Imam Al-Bazdawi, and his book Treasure of Access to Knowledge of Fundamentals and its related terminology The second section deals with Specifying the cause in Al-Bazdawi's book in his book Treasure of Access.

The third section discusses cause specification jurisprudential impact in Al-Bazdawi's perspective.

The study concludes with important findings and recommendations.

It was revealed that Al-Bazdawi went to the inadmissibility of specifying the stipulated causes, and considered that an act of denial, He sees the specification is only for words, not for meanings.
