Abstract EN

This study aims to liberate the opinions of Zaydi scholars and supporters regarding praying two prayers together at the same time without an excuse to adapt the one having the strongest evidence.

The researcher used the induction, analysis and comparison approach.

The researcher concluded that saying it is allowed to do that but not to take it as a habit is the opinion of some later Zaydi scholars.

This is also one of the two Immami opinions adopted by the later scholars of the Zaydi doctrine without provisos.

On the other hand, the opinion that it is prohibited to do that is the doctrine of the majority of Zaydi Immams and of jurists of Islam.

This opinion is approved in the Zaydi, Ibadhi, Dhahiri doctrines and in the four schools of thought.

It is one of the two Immami opinions chosen by their senior investigators.

The researcher is in favor of the second opinion due to the strength of its argument in inference and discussion.
