The study aimed to identify the mechanisms of institutions of care for the Handicapped in order to achieve health awareness in order to achieve health awareness in response to the Corona pandemic (Coved19), and the most important proposals to activate the mechanisms of the institutions of care for the Handicapped to deal with the Corona pandemic (Coved19), this study belongs to descriptive studies, and the researcher used the method of comprehensive social survey of the health institutions of the health institutions of the province of sohag(93) The researcher used a questionnaire for officials on the mechanisms of institutions of the care of the Handicapped in achieving awareness of the response to the Corona pandemic (Coved19), and that there are difficulties facing the mechanisms of institutions (high level), and the most important proposals to activate their mechanisms are to provide financial resources, possibilities and information in institutions as well as increase relations between institutions.
