The objective of the research is to identify the school's role in developing the values volunteer work For high school students, and the school's mechanisms for developing the values of volunteer work on the conceptual framework for the values of volunteer work and the reasons for developing the volunteer work for students at this stage and to identify the role of the school and the teacher and voluntary school activities practiced by students to develop The values of volunteer work, Identifying obstacles to students' participation in voluntary work inside and outside the school.

The study concluded that the school has a major role in the development of volunteer work for high school school students, by spreading the culture of the volunteer work in the school and the community, and the school's social climate, which urges the practice of school activities and volunteer work, the role of the teacher, the curricula, and the role of school activities.

The study recommended that the important of cooperating with the Ministry of Education in preparing curricula for developing participation in volunteer work, preparing teachers for an educational preparation in order to help them develop volunteer work for students, spreading the culture of volunteer work in the school, activating the participation between the school and community institutions, the media and social networks.

Continuing follow-up of schools to motivate them to continue to develop the values of volunteer work.
