The research aimed to develop digital content production skills among faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University and their attitudes towards e-learning by designing an adaptive training environment based on the interaction between the navigation style (free-restricted) and the cognitive style (simplification versus complexity), and the researcher followed the global experimental design 2 * 2 The research sample consisted of (40) members of the teaching staff at Umm Al-Qura University, and the cognitive style scale was applied (Abdel-Aal Ajwa, 1989) to classify the sample according to their cognitive style as follows: (20) members with complex cognitive style, and (20) ) A member with a simplified cognitive method, and each of them was divided into two experimental groups of (10) members in each group, so that the number of experimental groups became (4) groups according to the experimental design of the research, and the research tools were prepared: an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect related to skills Digital content production, a note card to estimate the performance aspect of digital content production skills, a final product evaluation card related to digital content production skills, and a measure of attitude towards e-learning.

R (free - restricted) and the cognitive style (simplification versus complexity) in the post-application of the achievement test and the measure of attitude towards e-learning among faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University and for the benefit of the third research group (Cognitive Simplicity / Complexity), and there is an effect of the interaction between the navigation style (Free - restricted) and the cognitive method (simplification versus complexity) in the post application of the observation card and the final product evaluation card and for the benefit of the first research group (free navigation pattern - complex cognitive method).
