This research sought to shed light on the theory of language skills, wich recorded great popularity in the field of education, it is one the of topics that occupied the interest of scholars and researchers in the field of language education and science, and it is one of the modern trends that allow the learner the opportunity to smuggle, practice and practice so that he can learn quickly, easily and accurately.

in this research we presented the concept of the term linguistic skill, justifying its most important characteristics that distin guish it form the goodness of the queen and the surveyor of the foot, in order to conclude in the end to repel the existing relationship between these terms and their role in the acquisition language and learning of yong people.
