تأثير استخدامات الأجهزة الرقمية على الحق في الخصوصية : المخاطر و الحماية القانونية

Abstract EN

Science gave mankind a lot of progress in all fields, and the fields of technology and media had the largest share in what the human mind has attained of knowledge and digital devices are among the most prominent manifestations of progress and advancement, after the revolution of computers, telephones, telegrams and faxes, the revolution of mobile phones smart boards, high-definition surveillance cameras, remote tracking devices, and others, and through this study, we will try to get acquainted with the reality of the uses digital devices and their impact on the lives of people and their privacy and their risks to private life and then identify the legislative and legal challenges that the Algerian legislator has taken to protect the right to privacy from the illegal use of digital devices in front of the rapid trend and excessive towards it from the Algerian society in all its categories.

La science a donné à l’humanité beaucoup de progrès dans tous les domaines, le domaine de la technologie et médias a été la plus grande part dans ce qui l’esprit humain a atteint, après la révolution des ordinateurs, des téléphones, des télégrammes et des télécopies, la révolution des téléphones mobiles et des tablettes intelligentes, des caméras de surveillance haute définition, des dispositifs de suivi à distance,…etc.

et à travers cette étude, nous essaierons de nous familiarises avec la réalité des utilisations des appareils numériques et leur impact sur la vie des personnes et leur vie priées et leurs risques pour la vie privée, et ensuite identifier les défis législatifs et juridiques que le législateur algérien a pris pour protéger le droit à la vie privée contre l’utilisation illégale d’appareils numériques face à la tendance rapide et excessif à son égard de la société Algérienne dans toutes ses catégories.
