تعتبر الإدارة المدرسية الناجحة حجر الزاوية في العملية التعليمية و التربوية، فهي تحدد المعالم و ترسم الطرق أمام العاملين في الميدان بمراجعة الأعمال و متابعة النتائج متابعة هادفة مما يساعد على إعادة النظر في التنظيمات و الأنشطة و التشريعات و تعديلها و تحديد أساليب تنفيذها لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة، و نظرا لأهمية الإدارة المدرسية و التي تشكل جزءا من الإدارة التعليمية على المستويين المركزي و المحلي هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أهمية وجود نوع من الاتصال الفعال الذي يكون قادرا على إدارة العمليات التعليمية داخل المدرسة بما يؤدي في النهاية إلى تحقيق أهدافها و أهداف التعليم و التربية التي ينشدها المجتمع.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة وجوب توفر العديد من المتطلبات منها وجود إدارة تربوية حديثة واعية قادرة على رؤية الأبعاد الحقيقية للاتصال الفعال الذي يسهل عملية أداء أدوار أساسية قادرة على تحمل مسؤوليات جديدة تطلبها عملية التحديث و العصرنة.
Abstract EN
Successful school administration is considered as the core of the educational and teaching processes, it sets parameters and paths for field’ workers to review the work and follow up the results purposefully, which helps to review the organizations, activities and legislation by amending them and identifying methods of their implementation to achieve the desired goals.
this study aimed to identify the crucial importance of having a type of effective communication that is able to manage educational processes within school, ultimately leading to achieve its objectives and goals as well as educational purposes that society seeks.
finally, the study concluded that there must be a need for a modern and conscious educational administration that is able to see the true dimensions of effective communication which facilitates the process of performing essential and basic roles as well as assuming new responsibilities required by modernization process.

L'administration scolaire efficace est considéré comme le cœur des processus éducatifs et pédagogiques, dont elle définit les paramètres permettant aux travailleurs sur le terrain d’examiner le travail et suivre les résultats de manière pertinent, en aidant à reconsidérer les règlementations, les activités et la législation en les modifiant et en identifiant les méthodes de leur mise en œuvré pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
la présente étude visait à identifier l'importance d'avoir un type de communication efficace capable de gérer les processus éducatifs au sein de l'école, ce qui permet à atteindre ses objectifs ainsi que les buts éducatifs attendues par la société.
enfin, l'étude a conclu qu'il est nécessaire de mettre en place une administration éducative moderne et consciente capable de voir les véritables dimensions d'une communication efficace qui facilite le processus de remplir des rôles essentiels et de base ainsi que d'assumer de nouvelles responsabilités requises par le processus de modernisation.
