One of the concepts that occupied an important space in the writings of Arab and non-Arab thinkers is the concept of tyranny, and when we reviewed the most important books, we found that most of the writings deviated from addressing this concept without ideological backgrounds, in which the objectivity imposed by serious studies was absent for reasons mainly related to pre-positions about tyranny.

the concept of tyranny seemed to most of the authors of these studies an easy and docile concept, and this is what made them fall into simplistic studies that did not address its essence.

therefore, in this study, we will try to transcend the negatives of previous studies and enrich the studies that are serious and need additions.
