This work address the role of the Iraqi financial sector in developing the economy.

both tools, monetary and financial policies, set by the central bank of Iraq, CBI.

it assumes an essential role of CBI in the role in economic development.

one of the essential aspects of the country's nature, an Islamic society.

the paper links three main aspects, usual mentality reforms, requiring development through practical decisions, and an auto-financial policy is proposed as a development.

many important facts, pensions of parliament and provincial councils, in front of ignorance of real estate services for low-income families.

the CBI has ignored the rules of Islamic law in economic wellbeing.

it concluded a reluctant need to new financial policy, 'zero interest rates', incentives for agricultural and housing investments.

a remedy to maximize motives for instructions, rescuing Muslim people from conflicts in Islamic faith.
